Working Principle:The working principle of the chain conveyor: the bulk material has internal friction and side pressure. It is subjected to the pulling force of the conveyor chain in its movement direction in the machine slot, the internal pressure is increased, and the internal friction of the particles is increased as well. This internal friction ensures a steady state between the layers during horizontal transport, creating a continuous overall flow. When the internal friction between the layers is greater than the external friction between the material and the slot wall, the material moves forward along with the conveyor chain.
